Coastal Equipment Systems, Inc. would like to thank our customers that purchase from us. We have listed some of the benefits and guidelines as it pertains to warranty situations. As a dealer we represent several major manufacturers and provide sales, parts, and service on these products.
CES offers several benefits as it pertains to warranty:
- Customers that buy from us receive priority service over other customers. We will repair your equipment as quickly as possible, regardless of overtime requirements and the customer is not charged for this. The manufacturers do not reimburse us for this.
- We will absorb all labor rate differences paid by the manufacturers. We are not paid our shop rate by many of the manufacturers that we sell.
- Normal freight charges are absorbed by the dealer. Once again, we are not reimbursed for this. If the customer request next day air, then those charges will become the responsibility of the customer. Many of our parts are normally shipped within 2 days.
- The customer is not charged for cleaning, shop materials, diagnostics, etc. These are also absorbed by CES.
- The customer is responsible for proper maintenance per manufacturers guidelines in the owners manual.
- Warranty does not cover any abuse, accidents, neglect, or using the product for which the manufacturer did not intend.
- It is up to the customer to notify the dealer of any warranty issues as soon as they occur.
One other major benefit that we offer our customers is we will contact you if any product improvements or recalls occur on your equipment. Some manufacturers will come out with improvements or modifications that are optional for your equipment at little or no cost to you.
